Inlet Screen Refurbishment & Servicing
We have a long history of inlet screen refurbishment and manufacture for water authority sites. Our technical knowledge and experience means we are able to provide a thorough assessment of an inlet screen in-situ and supply a detailed report of our findings. We’ve carried out many inlet screen refurbishment and repairs to all types of screens and handling equipment from a number of well-known manufacturers including Mahr Maschinenbau, Longwoods, Jones & Attwood, Ham Baker and Huber.

Full Refurbishment
Our experienced fabrications team specialise in stripping down, cleaning, refurbishing and rebuilding inlet screens, to restore them to their former glory. All aspects of the screen are considered including the panel seals, roller track, head shaft bearings, drive chain, motor gearbox, screen mesh panels and washer. Our site teams ensure the equipment is removed and reinstated safely and efficiently, providing full testing and commissioning before returned to service.
Opting to refurbish an inlet screen will add many more years of service and extend the life of the asset. Operational performance and reliability can be greatly improved, which in turn provides further protection to other equipment further downstream.
