PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Biogas Products experienced, certified welders and mechanical fitters manufacture and install pipework systems for renewable energy and utilities clients. We manufacture pipework for both natural gas and biogas sites.
We pre-fabricate pipework, up to 500mm diameter and using various grades of steel and stainless steel, from our factory in the West Midlands. For biogas sites we recommend using 316L ‘marine grade’ stainless steel which is resistant to the corrosive properties of biogas.
All our pipework is visually inspected and pressure tested before delivery and installation on site. Third party radiographic weld testing can also be provided. Complete system pressure testing is conducted on site and nitrogen purging can be provided if required.
