Project Scope

Biogas Products Ltd were contracted to design and manufacture a low-pressure biogas scrubber to remove H2S from biogas.

Design Requirement

The biogas scrubber was designed to remove completely 250ppm of H2S from a biogas flow of 110m3/hr. Due to the low gas pressure a PVC tank was used to contain the biobond media. The tanks size was 1m diameter x 2m high.

Products and Services

The biogas scrubber was designed, manufactured, filled with Biobond media and pressure tested before delivery to site.

Outcome

The biogas scrubber was installed on site by the Client. H2S is being successfully removed from the biogas providing a better quality gas to the engines.
