Project Scope

Biogas Products Ltd were contracted to design, manufacture and install 2no floating covers over existing leachate collection lagoons.

Design Requirement

The existing lagoons at Deepmoor (89m x 43m) and Combebow (42m x 42m) to be covered to keep out rainwater.

Products and Services

Biogas Products Ltd supplied and installed covers which were manufactured using a 900gram PVC coated polyester material complete with floats and air vents suitable for contact with leachate.

Outcome

The covers have negated any rainwater entering the lagoons hence reducing tankering costs to empty when full.
